Don't forget that 03 numbers are classed as landline calls too and,
therefore, are usually included in your "free" minutes bundle.  Whereas
08 numbers are not (and 05).

In these days where mobiles are used an awful lot and non geo numbers
are charged at a premium (even free 0800!), a geographic number, at
least as an option, is best!
