[asterisk-biz] QueueMetrics support SLA - Are they usually available for support or are they a really small one man run company?

  Maybe we should ask the "client" who initially emailed Queuemetrics on 
a public mailling list.  A little bit of patience on his part might be 
more appropriate than this.
