[asterisk-biz] good a-z providers

also try to avoid voiptraffic.com, siptraffic.com, voicetrading.com and all betamax brand is mostly crap, bad early_media handling and fake minute billing, fake ringing
is good for retail only, not for wholesales
all all all this betamax shit of brands is runing in same server
try to open smartvoip account and login using it with another brand like voipstunt or voipgain
same server
only branded diferent softphones;)
