[asterisk-biz] Answering service software

  Hi
One of our customers is looking for software to operate his answering 
service.

Calls come in over SIP and should pop up his customers info
with the ability to easily send out messages via email, SMS and fax.

Messages should be stored for future retrieval based on customer.

If you are familiar with a ready made solution please let me know
