There is a module parameter that will set the card to g729 mode only (as 
opposed to mixed mode) which gets you 120 channels:

user at host:~$ cat /etc/modprobe.d/dahdi.conf
options wctc4xxp mode=g729

This might be slightly different depending on your distro.  See page 29 of:
