Nice try with the reverse psychology. Praise and thank the people who
posted about the negatives of DIDx so they won't drive more customers
your way in the future. Too bad it is so blatant and see through.
Post after post of negative reviews of DIDx means there are real
issues, not just a lone disgruntled customer.

I would suggest facing/fixing the real problems that you are getting
feedback on. Cut expenses on a couple of trade shows and the obvious
amount of SEO and use that money to fix what is broken.

Then DIDx can have a better come back than "Didx loves you !!" It is
an insult to the community at large.

If you fix the issues and someone posts about it, you can respond,
"Yes, we are aware of that and have people working on it now", or,
"That issue has already been resolved."

You would get MANY more customers through good press than bad.

Was it the postings, the fortune 500 companies that all use DIDx, or
the video you attach to your emails that screams the question, "Can I
possibly rely on this outfit for the lifeline of my business?"

Oh, wait, if they all the fortune 500 companies use DIDx, then you
would have to go with the fortune 1000 companies on down the line.

I am fairly confident that dozens equals under twelve, and out of
those, they are probably just curious to see what everyone was talking
about.

Today alone, I caught two completely unprofessional and immoral things
that would keep me from using DIDx and I wasn't even looking.

First, Rehan claimed that a majority of fortune 500 companies use
DIDx. I believe this to be an outright lie.

Second, I found a testimonial that was trying to be passed off as a
happy customer for five years or whatever, when in reality, the guy
works for DIDx.

Trade shows and buzz aside, if you want the Asterisk biz community to
love you back, then address people's complaints and get them resolved.

The email you just sent is another example of how not to run a business.

Thanks,
Steve T
