Again if a customer wants reliable I would never sell them or  
recommend a foip based solution. Make sure they understand reliable  
means 'probably but no guarantee'.  Whether it's hylafax or fax for  
asterisk you need a t38 provider either wAy if you're going to go down  
that road.  I have it working for a friend but he knows the deal and  
he knows when to expect an incoming fax and doesn't mind calling the  
sender and letting them know he Didnt get it.
