[asterisk-biz] Porting 100 US DIDs (SoCal) non-sequential

Hey Seth,

We are an IVR shop and a third of our apps are hosted with them at their
facility - we purchase colo, bandwidth etc. Re price point - yes they are on
the higher side of the spectrum but between response-times and stability,
we've been pretty happy.
