Adtran 6300 series (Adtran TA900 series if you need DS1 ports). They are more expensive than the rest, but rock solid reliability wise.

Tried Grandstream…they are the worse
Tired AudioCodes MP-1xx…had some success, but inconsistent reliability

Any suggestions?
