Might be worth having a chat with Hurricane Electric. Some of their transit 
prices are extremely competitive (~$1/Mb in quantity). I don't know about 
Scandinavian presence. Some datacentres will allow you to rent roofspace for

satellite dishes (provided you have permission and appropriate licenses from

the regulatory authority).
