[asterisk-biz] OT: Any dedicated internet providers for VOIP?

 Pardon if the question is off-topic, but it is intended to setup a voip
network.  Is there any company that can provide the following internet
bandwidth?

 

1.      Internet rates:
a) What rate you may obtain for 200 mbps and 300 mbps dedicated streams
between Helsinki, Finland or/and Stockholm, Sweden and collocation point in
US (f.e. 60 Hudson in NY). The location in Europe requires a spot for Sat.
Dish pointed to South.
b) What could be the rate for 2GB and 5GB bandwith in an US collocation?
