If you want to be in the VoIP resell business, here is a list of the top
reasons your prospective buyers will give you to obtain credit terms from
you.  Under no circumstances believe them:

 1) You don't trust me?
 2) Brother, you are my brother!, remember that my religion forbids me to
lie.
 3) You got to understand that we need the leeway because we are just
starting!.
 4) We have millions and millions of minutes to buy from you.
 5) We are very, very reputable.
 6) If you help me, I will help you
 
And the most important trick you got to watch out for: Some customers will
pay you on time for the first couple of months until they got your trust.
Then, one day they will fall behind one payment period, and they might even
pay you that payment period they are late too.  But, when they got you in
with two or three payment periods, they will disappear.  Granted, they will
do so willingly or unwillingly (they may go bankrupt), but all that matters
is that you won't see your payment.

My advice to you is: Always ask PREPAY.  If you ask for a deposit, use the
amount of the deposit as the amount of "credit" they have with you.
