[asterisk-biz] Maximum call handling capacity on single server

Do I need to configure Asterisk very specific to work in such environment?

Yes, it is possible. Stick to Sangoma.

If all you need is a stable gateway functionality I would use Yate instead
of Asterisk.

If you need consulting let me know it.
