0) Sounds like a -user question.

1) What's a "commercial number?"

2) Are you trying to have your Asterisk server originate the call? How do 
you want to "trigger" this event? You could do it manually from your 
telephone like a "speed dial," you can use AMI, or you can use a "call 
file."

3) If you are using an analog interface (POTS), your script will start 
playing as soon as the last digit is dialed -- before the callee answers. 
You can add "waits," but the effect is usually less than satisfying.

4) What does "interact with a macro" mean?
