Did you look at LERG and determine who the LEC / CLEC was.. Maybe open a
ticket with them? Possibly Verizon wireless.

We are having problems terminating calls to 301-580-XXXX and 301-785-XXXX
from origination number 998-106-9899. 
Does anyone have any ideas how to solve it?
