[asterisk-biz] Asterisk vs IP PBX and Softphone

Hello,
Is it possible to make system like below using Asterisk?
1. IP Phone to phone calling - simple voip.
2. IP Phone to IP Phone calling - IP PBX.
3. IP Phone to Softphone calling.
4. Softphone to IP Phone calling.
5. Softphone to phone calling.

Please advise.
