[asterisk-biz] Direct India with CLI and low PDD

Well, it's just that 3 DS3s on a Tear 1 carrier can bear a lot of 
sadness.   Over 155 megabits/s of tragedy, grief, hopelessness, despair, 
strife, remorse, with plenty of framing bits left over for pointers to 
other kinds of all-around misery.
