No 1 pri = 23 ports  = 345$

Un fortunately verizon & Global Crossing DO NOT charge us per batch, We can do it on level 
3 per batch, but he want's unlimited incoming which L3 Does not offer.

We have ported at one time 2000+ numbers, STILL had to pay a per number fee.
