While looking around I found a great plan from Callcentric but they do 
not allow IVR Services to use their *_*_Office Unlimited_* 
<http://www.callcentric.com/dids/office_unlimited>_* plan.

$8.95 Per Additional Channel
(3 Channels provided at no additional cost)
Price per minute    $0.00
No IVR Services

Are there any other providers out there that can match or come close to 
Callcentric's offer but allow us use IVR.
