Ok... You are all missing the point... Any provider that does authorize.net
or payflow or has a ³web based merchant gateway² API can do this... Its
simple enuff to collect the CC#, CVV, and Expiration via the IVR, then pass
this information via an HTTPS request to the merchant gateway and get an
authorization code back for you logs... The customer never sees this
merchant services page as it is an API (like SOAP or XML-RPC) and would be
completely useless to the end user. Googling for ³authorize.net enabled
merchant account² returns about 400,000 hits and integration information for
authorize.net can be found here: http://developer.authorize.net/ and if you
are not skilled enough to do the complete integration, there are php, perl,
and .net modules out there that you just need to include and feed the data
into...

I don't think it is that simple.  The reason is that on web environments,
the part where the user enters his credit card information in handled on the
providers servers. It would take a provider who specifically allows the
transaction outside of his servers, i.e. on an asterisk IVR.  The question
the man is asking is: can anyone recommend one provider who does that?

One of my pizza store client uses 800pbx.com <http://800pbx.com> .  They
collect toppings, soda etc. and collect address and cc and bill them and
then integrate back to POS.

I am not sure if its asterisk based but its speech driven.

It shouldn't be difficult to integrate IVR with merchant gateway but address
capture is difficult unless you have your own  IP.
