[asterisk-biz] UK Based Asterisk Support Provider

Hi,

We're looking for a company to provide an SLA (service level agreement) 
for Asterisk in the UK.

Basically they would need to be available for changes/fixes to Asterisk 
with regard to our SmoothTorque predictive dialer.  We will be providing 
24/7 support for the dialer, however would prefer not to be doing 24/7 
on Asterisk.  Configuration will be set up and tested, the client just 
needs someone to go to if things go wrong.  Ideally the respondent 
should know the Asterisk source code and be able to come up with a quick 
fix for any core dumps.

This particular job is starting with 4 Asterisk servers and moving to 
around 45.

If anyone is able to provide this (and an SLA to go with it), could you
