[asterisk-biz] PBXware and SERVERware USB Install

Hi All,

In order to improve ways our customers are able to install our software,
Bicom Systems has created USB image install methods for PBXware and
SERVERware.  In order to use USB install, just burn below image to USB
device which needs to be 512MB or more.

We hope you will find this install method useful and as always your
feedback is very much appreciated.

PBXware:
