I tried the sms link but was unable to download I from my phone. However, I
was able to download it with my laptop.

Anyone could recommend a SIM producer who can provide something similar to

The SIM is added to the GSM phone SIM. 





When customer dials 00 , SIM calls the access number, than passes the number
to the system.....





Any recommendations?
