Hello,

We have set up systems to do this using only code that is included in
the VICIDIAL project code-base. The dialer within VICIDIAL of course
provides the dialing engine and there is a linear IVR AGI script
included that stores responses to questions in the VICIDIAL Mysql
database. We have clients doing customer surveys, political surveys
and market research campaigns with this as well as many other
applications. You do have to supply the prompts and program the
dialplan, but you don't have to alter any code to get it up and
running. VICIDIAL is free and open source under the GPLv2(moving to
the AGPL).
