exten => _1877NXXXXX,1,Dial(SIP/sip.tollfreegateway.com/${EXTEN})
exten => _1888NXXXXX,1,Dial(SIP/sip.tollfreegateway.com/${EXTEN})

No registration required plenty of channels available...
