DIDX has UK did's available with sms enabled features, but the problem is
that the interconnect on them is in UK only at this time.

If some one wants to test them, DO let me know, there is no charge to test.

2.  I have many many clec's in my contact and I have tried to contact many
to ask them to enable the sms feature, but they seem to be lost.

If some one wants to provide consultancy to them on HOW to do this, Email
me, I will get you in touch with them.
