[asterisk-biz] Looking for Custom Module Developer

We're interested in having a custom module built for asterisk. 
Essentially, it would replicate the actions of BackgroundDetect but with
an extra field called Noise Threshold.  This would set the level of noise
that the BackgroundDetect module (the new module) views as actual noise.
