Hi Neeraj,
Reference your question, we have not launched any
new acoustic models. BUT we recently released a major upgrade to Vestec
speech engine: support of SISR tags in speech grammar. SISR (semantic
interpretation for speech recognition) are a W3C standard to facilitate
interpretation of complex speech recognitions. They enable embedding of
snippets of JavaScript code into SRGS grammars to automatically
transform a speaker’s utterance into a format understandable by an
application.
Software "upgrades" are free for the first 12
months following engine purchase. So, anyone who bought the speech
recognition engine recently can download the upgraded version
free-of-charge.
Best regards,
-Kashif

Hi Kashif,
I'd be interested to give this a try, but we're essentially a FreeSWITCH
house. Do you have an API that we could work to, or do you support
MRCP?
Thanks --
Dave

Hi Dave,
Reference your question below, the speech
recognition engine comes with a full-function API that you can use to
integrate with Freeswitch (as well as any other platform of your
choice). We are also developing a Freeswitch connector (to save the
developer platform integration work) and will releases it
free-of-charge in the near future.
Best regards,
-Kashif
