Yes. You're missing some crucial math.

0.4 cents is $0.004   NOT  $0.4 (which is 40 cents)

0.4 cents is not 4 cents or 4 pennies. It's 4 tenths of  a cent. Jai's
pricing is right. Your math is wrong.
