[asterisk-biz] Does callprogress work with DSS1 (EURO-ISDN) for playing early media announcements?

Ok I missed some of that it seems, I was just suggesting that it may be
the carrier and to have them check in parallel to cut down on the time
it takes given that carriers often take a while to get back to you on
such matters :)
