[asterisk-biz] Add a caller id to A2Billing

Hi All,
  I have installed A2Billing with Asterisk .
  All the installation went well . Now I try to access the A2Billing_UI  by
http://<server IP>/A2Billing_UI/Public/PP_intro.php.
 After login I see this page



Please tell me how to add callerid to A2Billing ?
