[asterisk-biz] Cuba Needed

Don't mean anything bad by my comment. I've deal with Cuba traffic and knowing how difficult it is to find a good route to it, it just seemed odd that one day you're offering what seems to be a good route, and then you ask for capacity. Anyway...
