[asterisk-biz] Need a US DID

I've been quite happy with Vitelity
(http://vitelity.net/index.php?p=retailserv).  they seem to be one of
the few providers that are here for the long term and provide
excellent responsiveness and customer service.  DID's are $1.49/month
plus usage or $7.95/month for unlimited inbound.
