One day someone will have a platform that rivals this on Asterisk for
a much lower cost.

Maybe http://www.vmukti.com/vmukti-opensource.html call center edition
will be pretty decent but I found it very difficult to setup and then
could not really do anything.  I may revisit it a few months.
