[asterisk-biz] Question about adding Extensions programmatically

Dave,

I'd suggest building the normal mailbox structure under 
/var/spool/asterisk/voicemail, and in each mailbox directory make a 
symlink called unavail.wav pointing to your system recording file. For 
example:

/var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/100/greeting.wav -> 
/opt/yourcode/master.wav
