[asterisk-biz] Need to Connect offices in Dubai and Pakistan

Look into SIP or IAX2.  If your connectivity is over a slow link, look
at IAX2 with jitterbuffers and the Speex code.  If you have two sites
with optimal bandwidth and no funky double NATS, I prefer SIP myself.
There are many variables to take into consideration for your optimal
setup.
