Can someone recommend a good and reliable termination provider in US
for about 1M minutes a month. We are around 100k now and would go upto
1M in next 3 months.

I have been using IAX and Voicepulse. They are around 1.3c. I am
looking for lot better rates. Is anything possible?

I can invest in hardware such as buying some TDM or T1 cards or such.
