[asterisk-biz] SIP Provider and relation to AMD Quality

I don't of any off the top of my head, but a search of asterisk-biz and
asterisk-users should bring up a fair amount of discussion of who offers
the service and who to avoid. I seem to recall some heated opinions on
the topic. Alternatively if you think you'll be doing AMD on wireless
devices it's easy enough to get everyone's cellphone number at work,
that generally lets you test a fair number of carriers.
