We as well use Vitelity as one of our outbound providers to the PSTN,
and have had much better luck with them than with some of our other
providers. Incoming, we don't use at the moment, although that's liable
to change as our business evolves (most of our inbound is for DIDs
outside the US).
Anyone can jump into a conversation and yell "X Provider Sucks! Use
Provider Y" But backing that up requires more than just a random
drive-by interjection.
