Maybe be hard to believe, but we have resellers who do exactly that. 
Not only calling cards, we do hosted PBX, fax to email, IVRs, the whole 
kaboodle.

Calling cards there are no other charges besides minutes. If you use the 
hosted PBX we also charge a per extension fee per month.
