[asterisk-biz] T.38

I've tried the T.38 ATA + fax machine route and it hasn't worked out so well.  I've used the 2102 SIP and the Clarent CPG-201 MGCP ATAs.  I've used HP OfficeJet 6110 and a Brother something fax machine.  Both machines have been slowed down and set into compatability modes.

The Linksys never really worked at all, but the CPG still has problems every now and then.
