[asterisk-biz] Switchvox Free Edition

I hate to nitpick, but trixbox did not write most of the GUI interface,
FreePBX runs the guts of most of trixbox except for the provisioning tools
and extra information that the trixbox team added. The real comparison would
be FreePBX vs Switchvox.

Sorry, just wanted to make sure credit was given to FreePBX ...
