[asterisk-biz] PRI Gateway for Asterisk

The primary reason for a gateway instead of a card is that the powers that 
be here want to run Asterisk on a partition on a AS/400.  I have not been 
able to sway that decision even though the card route is a less expensive 
solution.

I think the card route might be the most simplest way (if you are 
looking at plugging Asterisk in between, and that we are on an 
Asterisk-BIZ list :D)

If not then going with a PRI gateway from AudioCodes / Cisco / Redfone 
might be a good but *Expensive* option.
