In answer to Ole Bulows question:

We have a product called Corraleta SDK Technology which is generally used to
build Softphone applications initiated via a standard web browser. SDK is
used in varying degrees for audio conferencing, call centres, click to talk
in emails, initiating mobile phone (Voip) calls in wireless networks and CRM
integration.

Within CRM you can hook up the URL to display an incoming call so you will
get a pop up of the caller. So the record of the customer can be displayed
and the caller is handled in a professional way.
