Touch screen LCD with FOP is a GREAT idea if it "just works". So does it?
Anyone have any secretary feedback on something like that from the trenches?

If it is a very nice office, give her a touch screen LCD with FOP. She
will love it. Not only will she know who is on the phone but who they
are talking to and for how long. She can also transfer calls by sliding
her finger. She may not like this at first but I think it will grow on
her and will certainly be a whiz-bang feature to show the directors.

Thanks,
Steve

PS. The term "she" is very sexist and I apologize in advance if anyone
is offended. I just hate typing he/she or receptionist.
