[asterisk-biz] KSU Killers??

It is usually the secretary that hates it, hates you, and hates the 
system.  People do not like change and since the secretary is the one 
most impacted, they are almost always the one you have to win over.

No director of anything wants to hear whining from their secretaries day 
in and day out.

Once they get used to it, it becomes second hat.
