We have a copy of Switchvox SMB from mid 2005 and decided purchase the
$499 support package which gives us upgrades to the current unlimited
edition.

The original copy was purchased solely for assessment, and never
deployed, whereas this upgrade is hoped to be sufficient to deploy with
to a customer.

I'll let you know how we go.

PS > The purchase has been "pending" with Switchvox for the last 24
hours so I assume they are either snowed under with sales or are
temporarily out of stock of a software only SMB version.

Craig

You have indicated the status of your customer clearly as looking for
very 
minimal commitment.
For quite so many integrated features our pricing is reasonable. I 
understand you make no disagreement there.

Possibly though for this customer the answer would be fewer of the
features 
they request and to start with our business package with queues. When
later 
they are ready to invest full a simple upgrade can be peformed.
