I asked a similar question, not observing this one. I would suggest some
monitoring tools that will give you an indication of jitter, loss, delay,
etc. There are many things that will do this, although they all have
different good/bd qualities. I believe wireshark will, there are other
tools dedicated to RTP traffic analysis.
