Delete that - Our engineers rebuilt our mail server yesterday and
received mail was using USA time stamps. So emails from Digium were
received, I just wasn't check 11 hours before I placed each order!!!
Now that's Gay! :)

Is anyone aware of a fast track way of getting a transaction processed
through the Digium Webshop?
I've placed 2 orders over the last 2 days for G729 licenses and they
remain stagnant, listed as "SUBMITTED". I also emailed
customerservice at digium.com without success.
We're now delaying the deployment of systems as a result.
