Integrics are pleased to announce the release of Enswitch 2.6, a
complete integrated solution for commercial telephony services such as:
* Full featured hosted PBX.
* ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider).
* Toll-free and number translation services.
* Calling cards.
* Call shops.
* Much more.
Enswitch is in production today on systems from hundreds of users on
single machines to over one hundred thousand users on redundant/failover

Version 2.6 focuses on features for hosted PBX providers and ITSPs.
Major updates include:
* All features such as telephones, hunt groups, IVR menus, queues,
conferences, etc etc, can be billed. Features can also be included free
in the rate plan. For example, a rate plan could include 3 free
telephones, then charge 9.95 per month for any extra up to a maximum of
20, after which the customer may add no more.
* Customers can port in numbers from other providers.
* Residential customers can have multiple lines.
* The system owner can upload music on hold files and make them
available for customers to choose. Files can be reserved for individual
customers.
* Each customer can choose their time zone, and all dates and times on
the web, PDF invoices, and voicemail are in customers' local time zones.
* Per customer control of maximum concurrent calls (both inbound and
outbound), whether to send PDF invoices, and level of detail on invoices.
* SMS notification of voicemails and faxes (requires 3rd party gateway).
* More control over mailbox settings.
* Many new options for queues: High priority queues, the ability to jump
out of queues, queue and agent reports, etc.
* Bulk import of users from .csv files.
* More control over free minutes included in rate plans.
* Dial by name.
* Customer calls can be diverted to customer service number if locked or
out of balance.
* The ability to search all customers, numbers, people, and telephones,
even under resellers, resellers of resellers, etc.
* The billing cycle can now be monthly, 3 months, 6 months, or annual.
* Click to dial on the web interface and SOAP API. This can be used for
both outgoing and incoming calls. Incoming calls can be routed to any
feature of the system such as telephones, queues, hunt groups, etc,
making creation of "Click here to call us" links on customers' own
websites easy. The customer is billed for any chargeable calls.
* Many smaller updates based on customer feedback.
